Order Processing

We strive to process and ship out your orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the time your order is placed. However, during peak seasons or for certain products, processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email if your order is subject to any delays.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs and budget. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary depending on your location. Here are some of our most common shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after your order is shipped.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after your order is shipped. (Additional fees may apply)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your chosen shipping method and destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

International Shipping

We currently ship to most international destinations. International shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location. Please note that you may be responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by your country's customs department.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original, unused condition, and with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  1. Contact us by email at customercare@clarusus.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  3. We will then provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions for return, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Items that are missing original tags
  • Custom-made items

Claims for Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged or missing, please contact us immediately at customercare@clarusus.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the damage or missing item in your email. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
