Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition you received it (unworn or unused)
  • With tags still attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us via email at customercare@clarusus.com. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at customercare@clarusus.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In your email, please include your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you desire is to return the original item and then place a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU)

If your order is being shipped to a location within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply (unworn/unused with tags and original packaging, with receipt).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that processing time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
